From Dream to Reality: Nickita’s Journey with ADEX

At ADEX, nothing makes us prouder than seeing our nurses thrive in the U.S. and build meaningful lives for themselves and their families. Recently, we received a heartfelt message from Nickita Desert, an international RN from Haiti, and we couldn’t be more inspired by her story.

Nickita first came to the U.S. as an international student nurse 12 years ago. With ADEX by her side, she was able to pursue her studies, obtain her green card, and officially begin her career as a legal professional in the United States.

In her own words:
“I write you today to express my gratitude towards you and ADEX because you have granted me a chance to be a legal professional in this country. With all the atrocity faced by the illegal immigrants living in America, I realize that I could easily be one of them if it wasn’t for your help. Your company sponsored me for a green card after three long years of studies and got me legalized here as an international student nurse.”

Her journey didn’t stop there. Nickita shared how grateful she feels that life has now given her the opportunity to sponsor her husband, who lives and serves in the U.S. alongside her. Together, they are building a future filled with hope and opportunity.
