Marichu joined ADEX in the Acute Rehab unit where she later obtained her certification as a Rehab RN. She has participated in the Nurse Practice Council and has become a preceptor for RN students and newly hired nurses. Later in her career, Marichu was offered an adjunct faculty position. Marichu is a pillar in her community and takes time to promote awareness of STEM opportunities to Latino & low-income students. She is a remarkable Nurse, who has achieved extraordinary goals in her career.
