Karen Nurse
"The service we received from the nurses and my doctor was exceptional. I have not enough words, just sincere gratitude to them. I am happy we chose to deliver my child here in Austin, and I am proud and excited to start my career in the US in this facility knowing these are the kind of colleagues I will work with. I am lucky that you have chose this facility for me. Thank you so much ADEX, for the consistent support, especially on this important milestone of our lives. We are grateful."

Dan Nurse
"First and foremost, I would like to THANK YOU and ADEX for getting me where I am right now. ADEX has been very instrumental in achieving my goals as a US RN. Immigrating in the US and working as a Registered Nurse with all the achievements and success comes with its bumps and roadblocks, but ADEX has paved the way and has been always supportive of my actions and decisions. It is a milestone indeed! I have grown stronger and wiser over the past 2 years and I know that the future still has a lot to offer, but it is always worthy to look back and be thankful for the people who has made all these things possible - and for that, I am truly grateful. Again, with all gratitude, I say THANK YOU to all the people from ADEX and continue helping nurses achieve their American Dream."

Aspril Nurse
"Being with ADEX is a blessing and I thank them for everything they have done. My dream of finally coming to the United States has come true and I am very excited for this journey"

Rhea Nurse
Rhea came to us as a NICU nurse, but we transitioned into the Therapeutic Apheresis unit and then the Acute Dialysis unit. After finishing her ADEX contract, she stayed on at her assigned ADEX facility for three additional years, then transitioned to the City of Hope Hospital, nationally known for advanced cancer treatment. Here she worked full time doing Therapeutic Apheresis. During this period, Rhea and her husband Ben purchased a beautiful home in San Dimas. Her two eldest children moved on to begin their nursing careers while her youngest is still in high school; all three are doing very well.

Marichu Nurse
Marichu joined the ADEX team and came to the U.S to work in a Californian hospital within the Acute Rehab unit where she later obtained her certification as a Rehab RN. She moved on to another reputable hospital in CA where not only did she participate in the Nurse Practice Council but also was a preceptor for RN students and newly hired nurses. Later in her career, she was offered an adjunct faculty position. The process was challenging but she soared through and succeeded. She not only fulfilled her dream as an RN in the U.S but went further by becoming a Professor, helping others fulfill their dream as well. Marichu is not only a pillar in the Nursing field but also takes the time to promote awareness of STEM opportunities to Latino & low-income students. She's a remarkable Nurse, who achieved extraordinary goals in her career. Touching the lives of others: in the hospital, classroom, and of course in her home with her much loved husband and 3 children. In her own words, "I have always followed the Nursing Process for achieving goal setting in achieving my career path - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bounded (SMART)."
