Two and a half years ago, Paulo made a life-changing decision—to pursue his nursing career in the United States. Today, Paulo is not only thriving as a nurse—he just bought his first home in the U.S., a powerful symbol of his journey and the realization of his American Dream.

Paulo’s success didn’t happen overnight. The beginning of his first assignment came with the natural challenges of adapting to a new country and healthcare system. But he didn’t go through it alone.
