Empowering ADEX Nurses Through Learning and Connection

At ADEX, we believe in empowering our nurses with every opportunity to succeed—both academically and professionally. This past week, we had the incredible experience of meeting with F1 ADEX nurses from 15 different countries for a special meet and greet session prior to their in-person learning experience at the university.

These talented nurses have already graduated with their BSN, passed the NCLEX, and are now pursuing their Master’s in Nursing while completing their clinical hours with ADEX. They are part of a work-study program, balancing academic growth with hands-on clinical experience as they await their green cards.

A Semesterly Gathering for Progress and Community

During this three-day in-person learning session, which takes place once per semester, MSN students engage in enriching activities focused on professional development. They had the opportunity to meet with peers and professors, fostering a strong sense of community and support while sharing insights from their diverse experiences.
